1. Parties and acceptance

These terms form an agreement between you and Noah Williams, trading as Ivory Cinder, of New Zealand, contactable at [email protected]. By using this website or submitting a package request you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Nature of the service

Ivory Cinder publishes free editorial guides to casual puzzle applications distributed on Google Play, and sells PDF guides on the same subject. Everything sold here is a written PDF document, ordered through a request form and delivered by email.

This website is not a casino. It hosts no game, offers no gambling, betting or wagering, accepts no deposits, holds no customer funds and pays out no money or prizes. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

3. Editorial independence and third-party content

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC or by any game publisher named on this site, and we receive no payment, commission or consideration from any of them. The Google Play links here are plain store links, not affiliate links.

Game titles, logos, icons, screenshots and other publisher materials remain the property of their respective owners and are reproduced for the purposes of review, criticism and identification. Ratings, review counts and install figures are quoted from the New Zealand Google Play store at the time of writing and change over time; the linked store listing is always the authoritative source.

Guides are opinion, based on our own play sessions. Games are patched frequently and described mechanics may change without notice. If you believe something here is inaccurate, contact us and it will be checked and corrected.

4. Products offered

Every product sold on this website is a PDF document delivered by email. Nothing else is sold here: no software, no application, no in-game currency or items, no account access, no subscription, no consultancy and no service of any other kind.

• Per-game PDF Tips Guide — $19.99 NZD each. One written guide per game covered on this site (Farm Heroes Saga, Juice Jam, Gardenscapes and Fishdom), supplied as a PDF by email.
• Complete Match-3 Guide Bundle — $39.99 NZD. All four PDF guides together, plus a combined reference sheet, supplied as PDF files by email.

The description on the PDF Guides page at the time you submit a request is the description that applies to that request.

5. Placing a request

Requests are made through the form on the PDF Guides page. Submitting the form is an offer to purchase, not a concluded contract. A contract is formed when we email you confirming scope and issuing the invoice. We may decline a request, in which case you are told and no charge arises.

6. Pricing and invoicing

• Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD), inclusive of GST where GST applies.
• No payment is taken on this website and no card, bank or wallet credentials are collected by any form here.
• Invoices are issued by email and payable by bank transfer or through the invoice link.
• Invoices are valid for 14 days; unpaid requests lapse and may be resubmitted at the then-current price.
• Payments from outside New Zealand may attract conversion rates and fees applied by your own bank.

7. Delivery and scheduling

The PDF is emailed within 24 hours of payment being received, and in all cases within three New Zealand business days. You are responsible for supplying a working email address and checking spam or promotions folders. We keep a copy of every delivered file for at least 12 months so resends are always possible.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Governed by our Digital Goods Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: full refund before delivery for any reason; replacement or refund where a file is faulty, unreadable or materially different from its description.

9. Licence and confidentiality

On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the written materials for your own study or the internal purposes of your own development work. You may print for personal use and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or upload the materials to sharing services, remove attribution, or use them to train a machine learning model without written permission.

Anything you send us with an order — screenshots, level numbers, notes about where you are stuck — is treated as confidential, used solely to handle your request, and never quoted publicly without your written permission.

10. No performance guarantee

Outcomes in the applications discussed depend on randomised piece distribution that no analysis can influence. We give no guarantee, express or implied, that our materials or advice will improve any score, ranking, retention metric, revenue figure or other result. Recommendations are professional opinion; the decision to act on them is yours.

11. Acceptable use of the website

• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or in breach of New Zealand law.
• Do not submit false, misleading or another person's details through the forms.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to the site or any connected system.
• Do not scrape, overload or disrupt the site with automated tools.
• Do not submit abusive, defamatory or rights-infringing content.

12. Intellectual property

All original text, diagrams, code and layout on this site are the property of Noah Williams unless stated otherwise and are protected by New Zealand and international copyright law. Third-party game titles, logos and screenshots remain the property of their respective owners, as set out in clause 3.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the package concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of opportunity. The website is provided "as is" and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the content, availability, pricing or behaviour of any third-party application or store linked from this site.

14. Consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where you acquire our services as a consumer. Where acquired for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act is excluded to the extent permitted by section 43 of that Act.

15. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, power or internet outages, illness, or failures of third-party providers. Where such an event prevents delivery for more than 14 days you may cancel and receive a full refund.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first — nearly every issue is resolved by email within a few days. Disputes within its jurisdiction may alternatively be taken to the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal.

17. Changes

These terms may be amended from time to time. The version in force when you submit a request is the version that applies to that request.
